Main Discussion: The school/district shall describe its “big ticket" concerns in implementing Policies and programs of the KPI's in the quarter. The presentation (from. dashboards, segmentation, prioritization, characterization, and SWOT nalysis) should provide a clear impression regarding the strengths and weakness of relevant RO/CO policies and programs. . SMEA reports shall be submitted to the Public Schools District Supervisor/Coordinating Principal. The consolidated District MEA Report including the Technical Assistance (TA) needed will be reported by the District Supervisor/Coordinating Principal during DMEA Conference. . It is advised that the PSDS/Coordinating Principal shall submit the DMEA reports on or before July 26, 2021 through email itjumawan@gmail.com, . School Heads/PSDSs are reminded to follow strictly the template as provided. See enclosures for the template for Characterization, Post Reading Inventory of Leamers, Leamers with Disabilities, PPAs Implementation, DMEA program and Stopgap Template in gathering TA needs per Regional Memorandum No. 314, s. 2021. Other provisions of Division Memorandum No. 43, s.2021 are still in effect. . Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
