1. Gen. BANBATiS (61 E Bengal) and BANMED/8, MINUSCA (Central African

Republic) are likely to be depl in msn area in Nov 2021. Before the depl a seven members
LRS Team will visit depl contingent in MINUSCA (Central African Republic). The team will
start from Bhngladesh for MINUSCA (Central African Republic) by commercial flt and after
completing the task, will come back to Bangladesh by commercial flt. The expenditure for this
visit will be borne from appropriate budget head of Bangladesh Army.

2. Purpose of the Visit. To carr out LRS in msn area for eff log prep of forthcoming
rotation.

3. Composn of the Team. Composn of the team is given as Anx A.

4. Tentative Visit Schedule. The team is likely to mov from Bangladesh on 01 Aug
2021 and will stay in MINUSCA (Central African Republic) for 08 days (04 Aug 2021 to 11
Aug 2021) excljourney pd or any 08 days within the month of Aug/Sep 2021 (excl journey
pd). The schedule may be adjusted with the aval of UN clearance and air ticket.

5 For AFD Onlv. You are req to take fol acts:

a. Pl obtain permission from DPKO and Fd Msn MINUSCA (Central African

Republic) for the said team from 03 Aug 2021to 20 Aug 2021 tor the purpose of visit.

b. Pl issue Govt Order (GO) for the subj visit. GO req was fwd vide ref L.
c. Pl issue a Note Verbal to the LRS Team for their smooth journey.

6. For AHQ. AG Br (Med Dte) Onlv. You are req to arng complete med formalities for
the team (As per ref M).

7. For AHQ. QMG Br (M&Q Dte) Onlv. You are req to take fol acts:

a. Send a suitable flt schedule for the subj visit to this dte by 25 Jul 2021. Ltr of fin
entitlement will be fwd on receipt of the flt schedule.
b. Take nec act for obtaining air tickets, adv TA/DA bills, movO and nec clearance
for each member of this team.

8, For Overseas Ops Dte (Coord Sec) Onlv. Prep the Conf Room of Overseas Ops
Dte on 27 Jul2021 for Pre LRS Briefing to the team.

9. For BANBAT/7 and BANMED/7. MINUSCA Onlv. You are req to take fol acts:

a. Arng visa, UN lD and other nec clearance for all members of the team.
b. Arng reception of the team.
c. Arng accn and tn for the team.

e. Send Svy Board and SSL by 25 Jul2021to this Dte.
f. Prep a visit schedule for the subj visit and fwd the same to this dte by
25 Jul 2021.
g. Take all other nec prep as deemed appr.
h. . Conduct the LRS as per policY.
j. Provide all nec docus for smooth conduct of the assessment of the msn.
k. Facilitate audit of fund from Overseas Ops Dte.
1. Show all items and nec docus in front of LRS team for the purpose of svy and
audit.
m. After completion of svy board, send 07 copies of svy board proceedings through
LRS team to Overseas Ops Dte, AHQ.
n. Send audit report to Overseas Ops Dte, AHQ after completion of audit through
LRS team.
p. Send a separate visit schedule for the coord offr, who will be visiting both the
contingent.
