Union Cabinet approves Memorandum of Understanding on Governance Reforms between India and Gambia

 The Union Cabinet has approved the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between India and the Gambia
on Renewal of Personnel Management and Administrative Reforms.
 The main purpose of the MoU is to strengthen and promote bilateral cooperation between the two countries in
personnel management and administrative reforms.

All BRICS countries have agreed to the STI-led BRICS Innovation Cooperation Program (2021-24) proposed by
India at the 12th meeting of the BRICS S&T Steering Committee.
 India proposes project to share innovative ecosystem experiences with each other and to facilitate networking for
innovators and entrepreneurs
 Details of the action plan will be developed by the BRICS Scientific and Technological Innovation Entrepreneurs
Association (STIEP) Executive Committee. It was agreed that the project could be forwarded to the Brix Stipe
task force through the respective country‟s STI focal point.

 "Central-South Asian 2021 Conference" was held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

Minister Imran Khan and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani.

Israel Software - Pegasus

 This spy software is "Pegasus" developed by my security company NSO from Israel.

Chinese President arrives in Tibet for Arunachal Pradesh

New Cabinet - 2021

 The Union Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Modi has been expanded to include 12 Dalits, 27 OBCs and 11
women. In addition, 14 people under the age of 50 have been appointed as ministers. Eight tribals have been
appointed as ministers in eight states, including Arunachal Pradesh
 43 newly appointed ministers. These ministers are mostly experienced in working in the central government.
There are also 13 lawyers, 6 doctors, 5 engineers and 7 civil servants.
 The new cabinet will include eight tribals from eight states - Arunachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West
Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Assam -.
 29 29 persons belonging to advanced class including Brahmins, Baniyas and Lingayats have been given the post
of Minister.
 Tripura has never been a member of the Union Cabinet of Independent India. Pratima Baumik is the first MP

Sethu' to spread the latest freshwater aquaculture technologies to Indian fisheries farmers.
 The application was developed by the Central Freshwater Aquaculture Corporation (ICAR) in Bhubaneswar with
funding from the National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB) of Hyderabad.

Accountants of India (ICoAl) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom

 World Day Against Trafficking is observed every year on July 30 to raise awareness about the plight of human
trafficking victims and to promote and protect their rights.
 This day was started in 2013 by the UN General Assembly.
