As a classroom teacher its really important to have a vission to have path on what you are doing,

especially to help children to develop the cognitive, language, physical and social skills required to
succeed in their formative years. Also to encourage and engaged them to used their creative minds through
ongoing and daily student-centered active-learning lessons. Then to promote both hard and soft skills of my
students, including STEM skills and important emotional skills such as compassion, resilience and work
ethic. Also to encourage students with the thinking and learning skills that they require in order to
continue to learn well after they have left my classroom. Inspire a lifelong love of learning by creating
lessons that are exciting, authentic, engaging, and relevant to the lives of my students. Lastly to create
visible and real change in the lives of all students in my classroom, be it cognitive, social, or personal.
I believe that through education, children will receive the vital skills and tools that are necessary to build a successful life. I believe every child matters and deserves a first class
education to get the best chance in life, and as a teacher, I know the difference that great teaching makes to a child’s success at school. is my belief that, through education, children

As a College School teacher, I prepare students for the pathways they will follow in the next stage of learning and life. For my lessons I create meaningful, engaging activities for
effective learning for students, integrating computers, programs, discussing, and practice what they have learn into the learning experience. I make sure my passionate teaching will
be contagious and inspiring to any student I teach, so they can connect to the subject matter and learn effectively. Learning occurs when a student is fully engaged in the process
and makes a personal connection with the information taught and apply his or her knowledge. By enthusiastically inspiring and engaging students in fascinating lessons and using
strategies that address each child’s learning style, I believe that students will achieve academic success and build the self-confidence to continue taking risks during the learning
process.

I write measurable learning objectives for each lesson I prepare and understand the importance of communicating clear learning goals for each student, offering them a guideline in
their learning process.
I foster an inclusive and friendly learning environment in which students learn best, and are stimulated to develop into compassionate, internationally minded individuals, who
strive to make a positive and peaceful change in the world. I try to stimulate and build on the natural curiosity of the student, with inspiring future oriented, inquiry-based learning.

First, I value God because He is above all and maker of all the things , without him I’m not here and I’m not who I am now.

Then  I value my family, friends and my relatives. These relationships are priceless and cannot be replaced but more often than not we fail to realise it. Also we try our best to
maintain these relationships but sometimes we find it hard to express ourselves or we hide behind our mask.

True friends and family will always be there through your thick and thin. Our parents are actually the backbone of our life. The kind of relationship we have with our parents is
reflected in every other relationship we have. An example would be that if the parents are strict, the child would tend to be lenient.

Friends are the support system we have. They try to fill our life with light and make the rough times in life smooth. But when the time is smooth they enjoy our success more
than us.

I value my family, friends and tribe because they are priceless and the best part of my life.
The purpose of life is to serve others. However, when doing so, you should not expect something in return; your intention
should be to lessen other people’s misery. “Service to others should be sincere and done from the heart; only then it is
fruitful.” Do any trees eat their own fruit? No. This teaches us that human beings should not only use their  mind, body
and speech for themselves, but also to serve others. When you do this, nature in turn will reward you.

Your constant inner intent should be towards helping others. If you are unable to do so for any reason, you can
also make sure that you do not hurt anyone. This is an indirect way to help those around you.

Happiness begins from the moment you do something for others. Those who consistently help others, are happy, and do
not come across any obstacles in their lives. Research indicates that they are less stressed and experience improved mental
health.
