Process of integrating new employee with a company and its culture, as well as giving the tools
and information needed to become a productive member of the team. It is a long-term process
with long term focus and most importantly it is not a day’s process, it takes time.

 Structured Schedule prepared in advance- The first week is outlined in advance and tightly
structured. The company pre-define the tasks and responsibilities for their new hires.
Establishing expectations, roles, and responsibilities, provides new hires with transparency.
 Introducing the hire to teammates and other contacts to break the ice and start building their

certain time period can be given to learn the concepts and after that an assessment could be
taken before giving the project
