 Strong knowledge of UNIX commands, SQL concepts,Basics Shell scripting and JIRA
Ticketing Tool and 24/7 production support
 Experience in handling IVR logs, SMS logs and fixing issues in those application.
 Experience in Transaction monitoring and analyzing the issues.
 Experience in handling severity 1 outage handling and taking bridge call to resolve the
issue within SLA.
 Part of Offshore resolving ticket Management using JIRA tool.
 Effectively involved in Reviewing the logs and Documents.
 Responsible for identifying any bugs occurring in the applications as well as fixing them
 Raise the tickets and give First level of analysis to client to avoid escalations.
 Interact with client whenever transaction got decline for analyze and provide the
resolution of the issue.

 Responsible to escalating issues and preparing various MIS reports
 Managing more than 50+ projects in 15+servers and resolving tickets.
 Liaising with the VISA, Master Card & AMEX Service Desk for reporting / resolving
issues.
 Processing of settlement files on daily basis which is being received from
Interchange(VISA/MASTER/AMEX)
 Accessing of CMS application to create a cards(debit/credit/prepaid)
 Generating reports manually on daily basis and same will be transferring to clients
through SFTP.
