INTERNSHIP GUIDELINES 2020-2021

1. Evaluation Schemes: The evaluation for the internship in the month of July 2021 is
as follows:
 30 marks – Certificate and Work Diary
 30 marks – Final Internship Report
 20 marks- Research/ Final learning outcome
 20 marks- Viva Voce.

2. The Documents to be submitted to the Committee are as follows:

 Certificate
 Final Internship Report
 Work Diary
 Final Learning Outcome/ Research.

3. Important dates:

Depending on the re-

opening of University
Submission of Hard Copy of Internship Diary and Documents
for students- dates
will be notified.
Announcement of Viva Voce Panel Dates will be notified

4. General guidelines:

a) The Documents will be collected by the Student representatives of the Training,

Placement and Internship Committee who will submit it to the faculty co-
ordinators of the Training, Placement and Internship Committee.
b) Students are provided with a template of the ‘Internship Diary and Report’
along with these guidelines. It is mandatory that all students follow the template

 provided by the committee. It is applicable to students who have undergone online
internships, courses and offline internships.
c) Defaulters will not be entertained whatsoever after the stipulated deadlines.
Genuine reasons should be communicated to the Faculty Co-ordinators Training,
Placement and Internship Committee through official communication i.e., outlook
e-mail ID; upon which extensions may be granted. (e-mail ID

d) Students, who have not submitted the required documents / work diary on the
specified dates, will not be allowed to attend the Viva; and shall be marked absent
for the internship.
e) The schedule will be shared with the panel a day before the scheduled Viva Voce.
