    But it can help you on some
    really difficult ones
    Do you really want to design a great EX?
    Assume the beginner’s mind: am I solving the right problem?
    Go into the reality of your employees. It goes beyond the office!
    Understand who are all the actors involved. Involve them! Talk to them! Observe them in action!
    Hunt stories and experiences. Ask many times WHY?
    Seek for the root cause: where & why do employees loose joy of life while at work? Look at your
    culture, interactions, technology, physical space
    Find new perspectives, invite other disciplines on board
    Prototype & Test your solutions directly with the employees. Never assume you know what they
    will say!
    Learn from the feedback and improve your concept
    Ask yourself: Do I really, truly, make their life better?
