Warniing
In ordeer to avoid elecctric shock, aftter inverter PV
V end and gridd end is
disconnnected 5 minuttes at least, theen it is allowed
d to touch the input and
output wires of inverrter.

¾ The inveerter installationn must be in fuull compliance with local safeety standards an nd
regulatioons, avoid closee to flammablee or explosive mediums, so as to avoid firre
accident..
¾ Only afteer obtaining thhe approval of thet local nationnal laws and reegulations of th he
administrrative department, that invertter can be connnected to the power grid, an nd
must be ooperated by quaalified personneel.
¾ Before coonnecting solarr panels and inv verter, the panells surface mustt be covered witth
opaque oobjects, ensurinng the connectiion cables are not dangerous due to the hig gh
voltage.
¾ Please fufully understannd the installattion manual o f Litto photov voltaic grid tieed
inverter bbefore installatiion and wiring.
¾ The inveerter can only transfer energy y to the grid, ddo not put inv verter AC outpu ut
terminal connected to thhe AC load or generator,
g prevventing from eq quipment damag ge
or personnal injury.
¾ The surfaace of the inverrter may becom me hot when it iss working, do not
n touch inverter
by hand or any part off your body, in n order to prevvent burns; and d please don't set
inflammaable and explossive materials in n the inverter orr closed to the inverter.

¾ Litto PVV grid tied invverter is non-isolate high freqquency invererr, thus the inpu ut
negative is not allowed to grounding.
¾ Litto LTT5000/6000/80000/10000/15000 0/18000/20000H HD series inveerter has natural
cooling w way, please make
m sure that the installationn of the distannce between tw wo
inverters, greater than 1 m, in order to t avoid overheeating and can't reach the rateed
power off inverter outpuut.
¾ Litto invverters are conffigurated with WIFI communniction mode, please p make surre
signal unnimpeded during installation.

2.3 Product iinstallation exxample

¾ Litto PV gridd tied inverter iss specially desiigned for outdooor installation, please install in
the directions as shown in abbove diagrams.
¾ Within 15 deggrees vertical diirection is recommmended for thhe installation.
¾ Please install the inverter in the range of ey
yes can be checkk horizontally ini order to checck
the working sttate and parameeters of the LCD D display and m maintenance wo ork.
¾ Ensure the invverter is compleetely stable on the
t wall.
¾ It is not recom mmended to innstall inverter under
u strong suunshine, in case of overheatin ng
reduce output power.
¾ Environment temperature reccommended off installation loccation is from -25 degrees to 60 6
degrees (- 13 degrees to 140 degrees Fahren nheit).
¾ Please ensure that the installaation in a good ventilation envvironment, venttilation problem ms
will affect thee performance ofo the inverter internal

Fix safetty nut

Pleasse check the folllowing steps affter complete th

he installation:
¾ Please do nnot install the innverter on the tiilt panel
¾ In order too ensure the sm mooth installatioon of the invertter in the brack
ket, please checck
the top roppe.
¾ Make sure that the screwss are inserted from heat sink off the inverter an nd locked well.
¾ Check whether the inverrter is fixed, please p move thhe inverter from bottom-up, it
should be ffirmly fixed stilll.
¾ Select a solid wall, to avooid vibration wh hen inverter worrks.

３ Electricall connectiion

3.1 Safety
Littoo LT XXXXXH HD series high efficiency
e three phase PV inveerter, its function is to convert
D power from panel into three-phase 50Hz 380V
the DC 3 AC poweer and feed into the grid. It can
be ussed for grid tiedd power system m.
In the installation, itt need to strictlyy according to the
t installation of the local reqquirements, andd
instaall the power meeasurement devvice. Inverter must be connecteed to the grid, cannot
c be used as
a
an inndependent deviice.

Liitto series threee phase inverter has been equippped with intern
nal DC switch,
pllease make suree proper connecction of the PV input, PV posittive, PV
neegative and PV voltage before switching on thhe switch, so ass not to cause

3.2 MC4 assemblly process

Use the followwing MC4 connnectors connectted photovoltaicc panels and inv verters, the
posittive and negativve poles of the photovoltaic
p paanels connectedd to the positive and negative
poless of inverter, paay attention to thhe positive con
nnection of the pphotovoltaic paanels MC4
femaale connector, thhe negative connnected to the MC4M male connnector.

Join order:
1. Dissconnect the DC switch, make surre it won't be re-opened in casual ccase.

2. Peeel away 7 mm cabble:

3. Inssert the cable joinnt peeled, and to ensure

e that all thee conductor of coppper wire was insserted into the
conneecting hole.

4. Use wire clamp, crimp contact hole; contact hole and cable into the coorresponding presssure interface,
comppress the joint.

5. Inssert the assembly connection wire to female and maale connector bacck, such as assem
mbly installed
corrrectly, should be able to hear or feeel "click" sound.

6. Wiith 2.6 ~ 2.9 NM torque tighten thee rubber jacket.

7. Aft
fter tightening, thee positive and neggative pole of thee PV module is coonnected to the co
orresponding
interfface of the inverteer, tighten until you hear or feel "cclick" sound.

8 Warranty
Warranty policy:
Warranty period: Litto PV grid tied inverters from Shenzhen Litto New Energy Co., Ltd are
guaranteed for 24 months, system parts are also guaranteed for 24 months.
Guarantee time start from the date of goods received from our dealer.
Warranty evidence: product serial number and the local dealer's invoice
Note: if the customer does not provide invoices and other documents, Shenzhen Litto New
Energy Co., Ltd. will be based on 2 months after the factory delivery date as the starting
time of the warranty period.
Scope: the occurrence of any damage in the warranty period will be determined by the dealer
and the Litto to determine its scope and responsibilities.

The warranty principle:

In order to provide better service to the end user, all the Litto authorized dealer are required to
reply to the end user's warranty request. The distributor will replace any defective products
and accessories caused by design or production problem in the warranty period.

The following circumstances will not enjoy the warranty policy:

1) The warranty card is not sent back to the dealer or Litto;
2) Product modification or design change or replacement without the approval from
Litto;
3) Modify, change, or attempt to repair, serial number is rubbed or not get the seal
from the technical personnel;
4) Error installation and commissioning；
5) Did not comply with the appropriate safety requirements (VDE0126 standard etc.)；
6) The product has been stored improperly and is damaged in storage by the end user;
7) Transport damage, spray paint surface scratches during transport process. There is sufficient
evidence to be reported to the insurance company as soon as possible when unloading;
8) Did not comply with user manual, installation guide, maintenance procedures;
9) Incorrect use or improper operation;
10) Insufficient ventilation equipment;
11) The related product maintenance procedures is not followed or not performed an
acceptable standard;
12) Force majeure (e.g., lightning, over voltage, storm, fire)
Beyond the warranty claim referenced power, especially the defective equipment cause direct
or indirect damage claims, or demand compensation losses caused by disassembly and
installation, or profit loss which do not include in the warranty, in these cases Litto will be not
liable.
