Polyester Geogrid

The warp knitted polyester geogrid selects the excel in synthetic fibre as a raw material, use the
warp knitted oriented structure, latitude and longitude in the fabric to the yarn between not
curving condition ,the intersection unifies mutually with the excel fibre filament bundle, forms the
reliable combining site ,displays its mechanical properties fully.

Characteristics:
1. High tensile strength in both the warp and weft directions.
2. Low elongation.
3. Excellent temperature range.
4. Good anti-age and alkali-resistance.

Usage:
1. Road surface reinforcement of road, railway and airport road.
2. Maintenance, reconstruction and widening of the old road surface.
3. Reinforcement of soil roadbed, irrigation channels and water dams.

PP Biaxial Geogrid
PP Biaxial Geogrid is manufactured from Polypropylene. It is produced through the process of
extruding, punching, heating, longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching.

Characteristics
1.Wth high tensile strength in longitudinal and transverse directions.
2.Provide a chain system of more effective force bearing and spreading for the soil.

Application:
1. Improving bearing capacity of road foundation and prolong its service life.
2. Preventing Road surface from subsiding and cracking.
3. Be convenient for construction, reducing cost and maintaining expense for the project.
4. Providing stability for slopes and avoid the losing of the water and soil.

Fiberglass Geogrid

1. A kind of planar mesh material using alkali-free fiberglass yarn as base body and then coated
with high quality modified asphalt.
2. Warp knitted with oriental structure which gives full play of yarn strength and improves its
mechanical property to make the product high tensile, tearing and creep resistant.
3. Coated with asphalt making full protection of the fiberglass matrix and greatly improving its
wear and shear resistance.
4. Having a good performance in pavement strengthening, track cracking and solving difficulties
of strengthening the bituminous pavement.

Characteristics:
1. Light weight, high tensile strength, high modulus, low elongation and good toughness.
2. Corrosion resistance, no long-term creep, long life span.
3. Good physical and chemical stability and good thermal stability.
4. Resistant to fatigue cracking, high-temperature track and low temperature shrinkage cracking.
5. Delaying and decreasing crack reflection.

Application:
1. Maintenance of old asphalt road reinforcement of asphalt pavement.
2. Converting old cement concrete road into composite road.
3. Restraining reflection cracking caused by block shrinkage.
4. Preventing and controlling the cracking caused by new and old combination and uneven
settlement.
5. Road extension.
6. Reinforcement of soft soil foundation and overall strength of roadbed.

Non-Woven Geotextile

Needle-punched non-woven geotextiles are divided into staple fibre needle-punched non-woven
geotextiles and filament spun-bonded needle-punched non-woven geotextiles. They are made of
staple fibres or polyester filaments through netting and consolidation processes. The main raw
materials are PE, PP, etc. Nonwoven geotextiles are widely used in geotechnical engineering.

Characteristics:
1) Good chemical properties such as acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance.
2) Good vertical and horizontal drainage performance, elongation performance and permeability
performance.
3) Good deformation adaptability.
4) Good adsorptive capacity to soil particles, which can prevent the loss of particulate matter and
remove excess water at the same time.
5) It has the functions of filtration, isolation, reinforcement and protection.
Application:
1) Dam engineering of rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
2) Mine tailings dam.
3) Airports, railway beds, highways, tunnels.
4) Municipal engineering, environmental protection engineering, etc.
