I am Jocelyn P. Abranilla, spouse of Albert H. Abranilla is writing this letter on

his behalf since he is still on board.

October 16, 2019 the municipality of Makilala North Cotabato was hit with
magnitude 6.3 earthquake causes by the movement of Tulunan fault. October
29, 2019 a magnitude 6.6 rocked the municipality adding more damages to the
buildings and houses. October 31, 2019, another 6.5 magnitude earthquake
hit the municipality caused by movement of Makilala fault devastated the
infrastructure of municipality including our house.

In line with this I am requesting your good office for assistance related to
disaster for housing recovery or repair of damage on our house.

Our house made of concrete materials located at Purok 29 Rizal street

Poblacion Makilala North Cotabato was totally damaged due to the said 3
consecutive earthquake that make us homeless. As of the moment we are
staying in tent in front of our house.
As proof I attached together with this letter of request for assistance,
photographs and certification from barangay.

We are hoping for your positive response with this matter.
