I have known Mrs. Kimberly Loschiavo for the last 10 years and I am honored to be
writing this letter of recommendation on her behalf. When I first met Kimberly through
our local women’s running group, we connected immediately. Kimberly’s high energy
and positive personality really shines through. We also learned that we both have a son
in the same grade. Kimberly also shared her experiences working in the field of
education and I quickly learned about Kimberly’s amazing character. I, too have been
working in the education field for the last 18 years and Kim and I share a lot in common.

What I admire about Kimberly is that she is very self- aware and honest. She is
consistently looking for ways to improve and grow both professionally and personally.
She actively seeks feedback from others and has a strong desire to learn and improve
herself. Kimberly has strong values and truly believes in doing what is right not only for
children, but adults as well. I have observed this not only in her verbal interactions with
me, but also in how she handles situations and challenges with her own children and
their friends.

Kimberly has played an active role in the Spotswood PTA over the years. I have had the
opportunity to volunteer under her leadership for events such as the annual Tricky Tray.
Kimberly is very organized and when there is a task at hand, she is very focused and
demonstrates the ability to delegate and meet a deadline effectively.

Kimberly has developed expertise in the field of education over the years, she
demonstrates a very positive, friendly and energetic attitude at all times. I highly
recommend Mrs. Kimberly Loschiavo for a position at Schoenly School. Please feel free
