Line Interworking
The line interface on a 100G WL3n MOTR circuit pack in 4ASK mode cannot
interop (using fiber) with line interface on Flex (Flex, Flex2, Flex3), or 100G
OTR circuit packs due to different modulation schemes on the two interfaces.
Such an attempt raises the “Loss of Clock” alarm on both ends of the fiber.

The line interface in 4ASK or QPSK mode on two 100G MOTR circuit packs
cannot interop with each other over a photonic line system.
