Looking Forward
✔ Updated anti-harassment posters will be printed
and delivered to all schools by the first week of
school.

✔ A CMS Commitment of Safety letter will be


included in the first day of school information. The
Awareness letter will include how to report any allegations of
sexual misconduct and/or discrimination. The letter
Campaign will also identify the campus Title IX liaison.

✔ A link has been added to every school website


informing students, parents and staff how to report
prohibited conduct and identify there Title IX
Campus Liaison.

❑ All school-based and support staff will receive
Annual Title IX training Aug. 3 – 24

❑ Students will receive their Annual training as


follows:
- High school: Within the first 10 days of school
Training - Middle and elementary schools: Within the first
20 days of school

❏ All district staff receive Annual sexual harassment


awareness training in August of each school year.
✔ During the 2021-22 school year, the district Title
IX student training lessons will be reviewed and
updated. Any updates will be reflected in the
student training beginning in the fall of the 2022-
