I will share a story of major mohit sharma

I chose this topic because mohit sharma was a para trooper and was very
brave and Went undercover as ‘Iftikhar Bhatt’ and killed two Hizbul
terrorists he has all the leadership qualities. Tag of major and being a part
of para troopers these two things surely justify that he was a great leader .
he was awarded the Ashoka Chakra in 2009 his fascinating tale of gallantry during a
covert operation in March 2004 still lives on to inspire millions of Indians. Major
Sharma was able to establish contact with two Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists, With long
hair and beard flowing down to his neck, he disguised himself to blend seamlessly into
the terror outfit. And there he was in a small room at an undisclosed location. He made
up a story to convince those two terrorist so that they will help him learing and
attacking india. He showed them hand made maps and told them plans to attack . they
started questioning him they have a second thought in lending trust on him when
major realises that they are not going to trust him easily he dropped his ak-47 and said
you can kill me if you want you have to trust me otherwise we cannot work together
trust is important . this thing strikes them hard and they started looking at each other
that time major got them at of guard and pulled of his pistol and killed them both

This story shows various qualities of major mohit sharma . he was determined
courageous going on such a hard mission shows that he was a clam person he knows
how to make decisions he backs up his nation like a good leader will back up his team

Can find best ways to slove a problem by himself

This story motivates me and I always respect what he has done

And I will try to adapt some of these qualities so that I can be a good leader
