Thank you very much for the opportunity to submit a proposal for your forthcoming 3-day family
tour in Bohol, Philippines from June 12 to 14, 2021.

Based on your request to visit Bohol in the Philippines, requiring the best available
accommodations near at the airport, an economy round-trip ticket, 1 day sightseeing tour package
and transportation, we are very pleased to provide the following quotation per person in Philippine
Peso (PHP) valid up to June 1, 2021 and based on the brackets indicated:

SPECIAL ROOM QUOTATION IN CONTRACT

This quotation includes:

• Two (2) night accommodations at Bohol Sunside Resort at Panglao, Bohol.

• Full-Board throughout (American Breakfast x3, Lunch x3, Dinner x3 and Snacks (PM) x3.
• Professional Tour Guide throughout the tour.
• All essential transfers in Bohol and Manila.
• Exclusive SUV in 1Day tour Sightseeing
 • Tour around Bohol as indicated in the itinerary.
• Full Day Farm Tour in Carmen, Bohol with Lunch.
• Roundtrip economy airfare (LAX—TAG—LAX) via PAL inclusive of fees and surcharges

This quotation is commissionable by ten (10%) percent, and is strictly subject to reconfirmation at
the time of booking.

Should you find this proposal acceptable, please remit a fifty (50%) percent deposit based on one
(1) twin and one (1) superior or Philippine Pesos One Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Five
Hundred Twenty-three (Php158,523.00) to:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• No cancellation fee will be charged within 24 hours of proposal acceptance
• 10% cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation within 48 hours of proposal
acceptance
• 25% cancelation fee will be charged in case of cancellation within 72 hours of proposal
acceptance
• 50% cancellation fee will be charged in cave of cancellation within 9% hours of proposal
acceptance
• 100% cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation after 96 hours of proposal
acceptance
