been duly sworn in accordance with the law hereby deposes &
sayeth that:

That I am the Authorized Representative of BRYCE

COMMERCIAL located #1015 Aurora Blvd. Duyan Duyan 3 Quezon
City, Philippine, duly existing under the law of the
Republic of the Philippines;

That I hereby state that said BRYCE COMMERCIAL,

generated a low income for the year 2020 from 1,460,700.00
to 897,104.00 due to Coronavirus disease (Covid-19)
pandemic;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the

truth of foregoing statement, for information of proper
authorities concerned and for all intents and purpose it may
serve.
