BY THE WAY, THERE ARE MISTAKES HERE.

The story starts with a boy named Julian and his siblings, Dick and Anne. When they come to know that
they cannot go to their summer holiday Polzeath, their parents managed to arrange their summer holiday at their
uncle's house. Their uncle's name is Quentin who lives with his wife, Fanny, and daughter Georgina at Kirrin
village. Georgina is a typical girl who doesn't like to be a girl. She hates herself so much that she doesn't answer
when someone calls her by her name. She likes to be called George. She is not a friendly girl. But despite all these
things Julian and his siblings become friends with Georgina. She even introduced Timothy, Georgina's pet dog to
them. Timothy lives with a fisher boy at Kirrin village because Georgina's parents do not allow her to keep Timothy
at home.
There is an island in Kirrin village. It's a lonely place. Georgina tells them that this island belongs to her
because it's their family legacy. Once that island belonged to her great-great-great-grandfather. After some words,
she agreed to take Julian and his siblings to that island. On their way, she shows them a shipwreck, which she tells
belongs to her great-great-great-grandfather who traded gold in these ships. He had been transporting gold when the
storm struck the ship, despite divers that gold never found. There is a castle on that island. After visiting the wreck
they are exploring the ruined castle.
Suddenly they are struck by a deadly storm. The storm is so dangerous that they are unable to go to the
mainland now. So, they take shelter on the island. In the meantime, the storm becomes so strong that it makes the
sea to throw up the shipwreck and make it stuck between the rocks. The kids become so excited that they decide to
come back the next morning before it is discovered by someone else.
The next morning they go to that castle again to find those long lost gold treasure of Georgina's great-great-
great-grandfather. First, they enter the captain's cabin where they find some belongings of Georgina's great-great-
great grandfather. There they find an old box which they take home hoping to find something interesting inside. But
the box proves difficult to open. So, they decided to throw the box from the highest window of the house. But this
makes Uncle Quentin angry and he takes the box. Julian silently sneaks in the uncle's room and opens the box
somehow and finds a treasure map of the castle. They are overjoyed of their discovery. So, now they decide to find
the lost gold by themselves.
Georgina's parents tell them that the map has been sold out to an antique collector. It has been sold to the
same man who offered to buy the island. The children realize that the antique collector is planning to take all the
gold by himself. So, they figure out a plan to get that gold before the antique collector does. Now, the children think
of spending time there before it is sold out and reluctantly her parents give permission to go there.
Arriving on the island without wasting any time, they start searching away inside the ruined castle to find
old dungeons where the lost gold is hidden. Here Timothy falls down to a well after chasing a rabbit. They go to
help him but they also find the entrance of the dungeons there. Now they enter into the dungeons and suddenly find
a locked vault full of gold. In the meantime, other bad people also arrived on that island in search of the gold
treasure. They locked Georgina and Julian in a dungeon and unable to find Dick and Anne, they take oars from their
boat so that they cannot escape from the island. Anne and Dick use the good shaft to rescue Julian and Georgina.
The kids make a plan to trap those people when they came back again to the island.
Although their plan goes wrong, they somehow managed to leave the island and told Uncle Quentin and
Aunt Fanny about all these matters. They call the police to look after the matter. After rescuing all the gold from the
vault, it is found that the gold belongs to Georgina's family making them rich. Now they have everything that they
have ever wanted. Timothy now lives with Georgina. Georgina also agrees to go to school with Anne because they
have become good friends.
