1. Compatibility View settings


① Close all Internet Explorer 11 windows.
② Open 1 winow of Internet Explorer 11.
③ Click “Tools(Gear icon)” -> Click “Compatibility View settings”

④ Remove all websites and uncheck all check box then close.

⑤ Try to do work.

2. Dealer portal security setting

 Internet Explorer 11
1) Open the Internet Explorer, click the ‘Tools’ button, and then click the ‘Internet Option’

2) Select the ‘Security Tab’, and then click the ‘Reset all zones to default level’ button.

 Chrome
1) Open the Chrome, and click the setting tab on the upper right side.

2) Click the ‘Advanced’ button at the bottom.

3) Click the ‘Restore settings to their original defaults’ .

4) Click the ‘Reset settings’ button.

3. Sign up

To sign up as a new dealer, fill in the required information fields and select the appropriate
departments (Jobs). After completing the registration, notify Parts manager by email.

Once the Parts manager has been notified by email, he/she will review and confirm the registration.
Once confirmed, the new dealer may use the “User ID” and “Password” to sign-in to Dealer Portal.

4. Login

Access to Dealer Portal by clicking on the address: http://gcrm.hyundai-ce.com/. Fill in your “Login
ID” and “Password”. If the login ID and/or password is lost or forgotten, contact HCE parts manager
for help.

Dealer portal will ask to update the password every three months. It is recommended to change
passwords on a regular basis to avoid any abuse (eg. when an employee leaves the company).

 Password: Password to access Dealer Portal
 Sign up: If not yet registered as a dealer, click on “Sign Up” to begin registration
