Terms & Conditions of Sale:

1. PAYMENT TERMS:
25% down-payment with order confirmation.
Balance payment by confirmed & unconditional letter of credit at site.

2. DELIVERY:
16 weeks from time of purchase order, clear technical submittal approval and financial
clearance.

3. VALIDITY:
Prices are valid for a period of thirty-days from the date of this proposal.

4. STANDARD WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Except if otherwise clearly mentioned in the proposal text, only standard warranty is
provided as detailed here under:
1. Standard equipment warranties are 12 months from delivery for the units and 60 months
from delivery for the compressors.
2. Extended warranties are not provided within pricing above.
3. No refrigerant replacement warranty is included.
4. Parts only warranty provided. No labour warranty.

5. CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES:

Only included if specifically mentioned in the proposal. If included, quoted prices are based
on the prevailing rate for Custom duty and Taxes. However, if any variation in custom duty
and /or other Taxes are imposed by the Federal Government, such variations will be borne by
the purchaser. VAT Excluded.
Our prices are exclusive of VAT and VAT will be added if applicable. Where VAT is payable,
we will provide you with a compliant tax invoice as any VAT incurred by you may be
recovered to the extent you are eligible
6. INLAND FREIGHT:
1. In land Freight is included if units will be delivered in one lot.
2. Offloading & Rigging at site is not included.

7. CURRENCY VARIATION:
All prices are based on a currency exchange rate of DHS. 3.675 / one US $. Any variation in
this exchange rate will be reflected in our invoice.

8. CANCELLATION:
25% of the material value will become payable in the event of cancellation, prior to the start
of manufacturing. After manufacturing has started cancellation will be determined based on
costs incurred by us.

9. WAREHOUSE FEE:
A warehouse fee of 2% will be charged per month against all non-collected and or / non-
delivered goods. This charges will become applicable (3) days from the agreed delivery date.

10.REFRIGERANT CHARGING:
VRV outdoor units come from the factory with refrigerant charge. Filling the refrigerant
circuit is not included within our offer.
