Questions for the interview:

 You’ve worked in many organizations over the years, how you would segregate your
work life and your personal life. Do you think it allows you to concentrate well at a
higher intensity while working?
 A) Is your motivation towards the organisation driven by your needs for self-
fulfilment and to achieve your personal goals or is it to provide food, shelter and a
sense of security to you and your family?
B) Have the factors for your motivation ever changed as you progressed in your
career?
 Since you have vast experience in sales. And as we all know sales is a binary number
of 0’s and 1’s, where 0 is no sales made and 1 is sales made. How do you handle
rejection and failure? How do you motivate yourself and your staff?
 You have travelled to different countries, so you are very well versed with different
cultures. How do you think motivation differs in different countries? Is the process
and application of it is same everywhere or do you find it different because of the
different culture systems?
 How the word motivation differs for the managers and the employees in your term?
How does their psychology work?
 Since you’ve had plenty of experience in the corporate world as a manager and as a
Director for a private organisation. How would you define goal setting and also, how
would you help your team in setting their goals or would you encourage them to set
their own goals?
 If the goal set is of a higher difficulty level would the team be asked to set a more
reasonable and achievable goal?
 Are you a firm believer that details of monetary rewards and salary increments of an
individual are kept discrete from his other colleagues? If Yes then why?
 The current situation of all businesses being hit hard by the pandemic. What measures
would you endorse to keep the company moral high?
