ISSUES IN WASA DEPOSIT WORK

1. PROVISION/CONSTRUCTION OF MISSING LINKS OF DRAINS AT

JUNCTIONS/CROSSINGS
i. At Grid Station Chowk RD: Plot # 712 (Road A3)
ii. At corner of Plot # 446 –A (Road C-51)
iii. Irrigation Water-course crossing not provided by siphon, casting of top slab on drains at same
level by removing of ordinary arrangement of 4-1/2” Brick Wall At Corner Plot-490-91 D
(Road C-41)
iv. In front of Plot 698-A corner by correction of leveling in drain top slab & junction of both
drains old & new.
v. In front of Plot 658-B corner (Road C-26) including linking of newly constructed & existing
drain and placing of slab over the link.
vi. In front of Plot 635-B corner (Road C-28) including linking of newly constructed & existing
drain and placing of slab over the link.
vii. In front of Plot 797-A (Road C-15) link exists but not functional because walls of Existing
drain not removed while casting of slab, causing choking of fluid waste at link.
viii. In front of Plot 806-C (Road C-14-15) link exists but not functional because walls of Existing
drain not removed while casting of slab, causing choking of fluid waste at link.
ix. In front of Plot 825-B (Road C-12) link exists but not functional because walls of Existing
drain not removed while casting of slab, causing choking of fluid waste at link.
x. In front of Plot 826-A (Road C-10) drain provided but link missing with the existing drain.
xi. In front of Plot 25-C (Road C-8) drain provided but link missing with the existing drain.
xii. In front of Plot 609-B (Road C-32) drain provided but link missing with the existing drain.

2. CONSTRUCTION OF DRIAN AT DIFFERENT LINKS/POINTS

i. In front of Plot-594A-596 B almost 230 Running feet (Road C-55)
ii. In front of Plot-594A-590 B almost 600 Running feet (Road C-55)
iii. On Road C-13 to C16 almost 600 Running feet.

3. PLACAEME OF MOVEABLE SLAB/COVERS ON DRIANS

i. Placed covers not proper in leveling/fitting & placement on all drains/ crossings.
ii. Short covers on drains (Road C-10-C22, C-46-C56, and C20-C21) & size of covers
not matching with the size of drain/space left over for movable covers.
iii. Placement of drain covers on Road (C41-C47; C17-B8; C43-C48)
iv. Storage of covers/slabs not required as short covers cannot be placed on constructed
drain in its full size.
4. REMOVAL OF SLUDGE/SOLID WASTE DUMPED ALONG ROAD BANKS AT
OPENING DRAINS
i. Waste of drains cleaning dumped on road banks that should be dumped away from the
premises of the estate. (Along All Drains).
 ii. Removal of Earth along road banks that got deposited during construction of drains.
iii. Removal of earth along pressure line in front of Plot 8A to 869-A.
5. DISPOSAL STATION MAINTENACE/OPERATION
i. Proper lying of waste-water pipe from submersible pump to collecting chamber/tank below
the tuff paver with proper insulation/protection.
ii. Wiring/conduiting of panel room/generator room & bath room.
iii. Operation by electric connection of Penstock entry gate/grating.
iv. Operation/functioning of sludge pump # 02 suction pipe.
v. Safety measurement of 500mm copper cable from electric meter to panel room/Generator
room.
vi. Wiring in the building annexed to the Disposal station.
