Deed of Assignment between the Landowner and SHFC
Real Estate Mortgage between Landowner and CA
Loan Agreement between CA and SHFC
Certification signed by SHFC President
Deed of Assignment between CA and Landowner
Promissory Note
Deed of Absolute Sale

1. Transmit Letter of Guarranty for signature of SHFC President


2. Transmit the following;
Loan Agreement
Collection Agreement For signature of VP Jones
Deed of Assignment
Real Estate Mortgage
Deed of Absolute Sale

NOTARIZATION OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS


1. Pay Documentary Stamp with BIR,
2. Transfer Tax with Municipal Treasury Office
3. Proceed to Registry of Deeds bring Owner's Duplicate copy of Title
for the annotation of REM, Secretary's Certificate and Special Power
of Attoryney (SPA) if any
4. Secure CCV Copies of the Present Title after annotation
