CAREER OBJECTIVE

EXPERIENCE:-

 Worked with Lars Medicare pvt Ltd as a quality engineer from may 2017 to may
2018..
 Worked with smoto industry pvt Ltd As Quality Engineer from June 2018 to
November 2019. Here in Smoto industry I am responsible for incoming
inspection of Raw material as well as semi finished material, inprocess
inspection.first Approval for if any new item run.
 Now working S. L fasteners pvt Ltd from January 2020 to till now.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

 Inspection and layout of all type of incoming material.

 Preparing Daily MIS & communicate to concerned departments.
 Responsible for Red Bin analysis.
 Responsible for continuous improvement activity to enhance the Quality System for new
Development as well as production line.
 Controlling manpower & enhancing their skills in Inspection,5’S & communication.
 Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
 Responsible for properly communication of the concerns to the related departments.
 Monitoring the ECN (Engineering Change Not)and updating the standards as per change.
 Responsible for tooling breakdown and there preventive maintenance.
  Responsible for NPD Tooling.

COMPUTER SKILLS

 Knowledge of M.S.Office Excel.

 Knowledge of Internet.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
 Measuring Instruments Vernier Calipers ,Micrometers ,and Height Gauge ,Pin
Gauge, Surface plate, Radius gauge ,Thread plug gauge & Thread ring gauge
etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

 2015 Diploma (Mechanical engineering) with 72% marks from HSBTE Panchkula
 2010 10th with 67% marks From HBSE.
 2012 12th with 67% marks from HBSE.
