I. Refer to case study titled – ‘Tesla Motors’ and answer the question #1 & #2
Q1. What are the different elements of Tesla’s business model? Is Tesla’s business model
sustainable? Why?

Q2. As a young strategy consultant what will be your strategic recommendations to


Tesla? How Tesla should go about applying the concept of game theory, discuss any
three components of PARTS?

II. Refer to case study titled – ‘Patanjali Ayurveda – An Unconventional Business Machine’
and answer the questions #3 & #4

Q3 How should Patanjali go about executing in strategy in the Indian market? Discuss
any five tasks out of the 10 basic tasks of the strategy execution process?

Q4. Who is a primary customer of Patanjali? What critical performance measures


should Patanjali track? How should Patanjali go about generating creative tension?

III. Refer to case study title – ‘The Marvel Way: Restoring a Blue Ocean’ and answer the
question #5

Q5. How marvel has been successful in breaking the value/cost trade-off? What are
the key elements of its blue ocean strategy?
