REGULATIONS OF SUOI NGOC HOMESTAY

Dear Customers, to ensure the security of Suoi Ngoc Homestay and the safety of you and your
property while staying at Suoi Ngoc, please note the following terms:

1. Please present your passport / identity card or equivalent ID when checking in at the
Reception, Suoi Ngoc Homestay will keep at least 03 identification papers / group.

2. You are solely responsible for the money and property you bring when you stay at Suoi Ngoc
Homestay. You are not allowed to use loudspeakers that make noise after 10pm every day.
In case of noise after 22:00, they will be fined by the Village Security and Order according to
the village regulation, 2,000,000 VND. Suoi Ngoc homestay is not responsible for this
violation.

3. Please do not bring weapons, guns, explosives, toxic substances, addictive substances, pets
... to Suoi Ngoc Homestay.
4. You absolutely must not use drugs, stimulants ... while staying at Suoi Ngoc Homestay.
5. You absolutely must not gather to gamble, do not bring prostitutes into Suoi Ngoc Homestay.
6. Please do not bring food with fishy smell or bad smell in the room. No cooking, laundry in
rooms.
7. Please do not change or move furniture in a room or from one room to another. In case the
property and furniture in the room are lost or damaged due to subjectivity, you will have to
compensate 100% of the value.
8. Check-in time from 14:00 to 20:00 on the same day you have booked, if you do not check in
after 8:00 pm, it will be considered as cancellation.
9. Check out time is 12h00. Each late check-out hour is 300K / 1 hour, up to 3 hours. Over 3
hours charge 50% of the rate. Check out after 10pm the same price as overnight.
10. Before leaving Suoi Ngoc Homestay, please pay all incurred service fees, surcharges (if any),
property loss compensation (if any) ... for the Homestay Reception.
