Notes:

applications from above orders, shall remain in abeyance till further order(s).

half the sentence in view of Section 436A Cr.P.C. and the accused is in jail.

the appropriate Division Bench having jurisdiction over the matter falling under the
legislation in issue.
8. There shall be no requirement of Urgency Applications in Fresh and Listed matters.
9. In case of non availability of Court order cases, sufficient number of cases may be listed
before the Hon’ble Courts starting from the oldest.
10. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Daily Cause List shall not be printed/published till
further orders. The Listed matters shall be listed in the Additional Cause List.
11. The High Court shall function in accordance with the Modalities and Arrangement during
COVID-19 (as issued time to time).
