a. This activity aims to draw different kinds of plants showing a variety of shapes,
lines and color

V. Highlights of the Activity:


Plants come in all shapes and sizes, line, and color. These differences among plants
make our surroundings even more beautiful. There are plants that are round, oblong, heart,
oblong, star etc. Plants also vary in color. There are plants that are white, red, yellow,
orange, pink and many other colors. You can also see different types of lines in plants, such
as straight, curved, curly, wavy, and zigzag lines.

Grade 1- SHR activity for this quarter focused on plants’ uniqueness. Learners were
given a chance to draw their favorite plant/plants and made them more beautiful by adding
random lines, shapes, and colors. By doing these, they created a beautiful artwork.

VI. Ways Forward


Learning through and about the arts enriches the experience of studying while staying at
home. Doing simple arts will make the teaching-learning process more enjoyable. Arts subject is
important because it encourages self-expression and creativity and can build confidence as well
as a sense of individual identity.
