    LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
    This serves as a letter of reference for Sudeb Das, whom I knew for last four years in
    undergraduate program in Information and Communications Engineeringat East West
    University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. As his instructor, I have had an opportunity to observe his
    participation and interaction in the class and to evaluate his knowledge and intellectual
    potentiality. It was my pride to have a dedicated student like him.

    The academics at East West University follow international standard undergraduate programs in
    Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. The medium of instruction is English. A
    student is required to complete a minimum of 140 credit hours of course works to have B.Sc. in
    Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.

    Mr.Sudeb has completed his B.Sc. in Information and Communications Engineering in


    December, 2019. He is intelligent, industrious, disciplined, honest and sincere. He is very
    enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative in problem solving.

    He had shown utmost keenness in studies and eager to learn advanced technologies and grab
    new ideas. He has sound theoretical knowledge in the fundamentals of Electronics and
    Telecommunications Engineering. He was sincere to the work assigned to him in course of his
    study in this department.

    He has been good in the field of Computer Networking & Programming, Database Systems,
    Signal-system and channel coding techniques for wireless communications, and Digital
    Communications. I believe that he has the intellectual ability and maturity to perform research.I
    hold high opinion of his qualities of head and heart. Given a chance of higher study I am
    confident that he will be able to pursue his desired study with high distinctions.

    I believe that he has the intellectual ability and maturity to perform Masters Program in
    highest standard. Therefore, I recommend strongly for the admission of Mr. Sudeb in
    your renowned university at post graduate program.
