Sub: Revised Schedule for Duties

Dear Vinay,

This is with reference to the Appointment Letter (hereinafter “Agreement”) entered into between InterGlobe Aviation
Limited (hereinafter “Company”) and yourself.

As you know, due to COVID-19, our operations (except for a few cargo and rescue flights) have been completely suspended
since March 25, 2020, as a result of which our revenues have been impacted significantly. Even when our operations resume,
it will take us a significant time to scale these up to desired levels.

Therefore, in view of the above and in order to ensure the most optimum utilization of our employees, commensurate with
our operations, you will be required to perform your duties for the Company on a reduced basis in the months of May, 2020,
June, 2020 and July, 2020. Accordingly, you are requested to be on leave for 1 working day(s) per month in May, 2020,
June, 2020 and July, 2020.

The details of the roster for your duties will be shared with you separately and your monthly cost to company for these
months shall accordingly be modified on a pro-rata basis, and will be reflected in your monthly pay slip for these months.

This letter forms an integral part of the Agreement and in case of any inconsistency between this letter and the Agreement,
the terms of this letter shall prevail. All the remaining terms of the Agreement that are not being specifically modified by this
letter shall continue to apply to you.

Please treat the contents of this letter as being strictly confidential.

We thank you for your continued contribution to the Company and for your understanding in these challenging times. We are
confident that this crisis will soon be behind us and we will come out of this stronger and even more resilient.

Yours sincerely,

For InterGlobe Aviation Limited

Manika Awasthi
