Wherein To M/S Satyam Enclave, D.No: 1-11-42,isakathota,Visakhapatnam,530022.This Deed Of
WARRANTY By M/S. VIZAG HOME SERVICES ( Herein After Referred To As V H S)The WARRANTY Is For The
Satisfactory Completion Of Waterproofing Work Covering With Both For Workmanship And Quality Of Materials
Used For The Works. For A Period of FIVE Years
from .07-08-2019 to 07-08-2024.

Subject :Five Years Warranty for waterproofing

The V H S Hereby WARRANTY That The Surface Treated For Waterproofing Shall Remain Entirely Water Tight
And Will Render Satisfactory Performance, The V H S Hereby Undertakes To Attend To Any
Repair / Maintenance On Account Of Improper Workmanship Or Due To Any Defect In The Materials
During The WARRANTY Period . If Any Leakages Is Observed At Treated Areas, The Same Will Be Rectified Free
Of Charge Immediately With In A Period Of Ten Days From The Date Of Written Intimation The WARRANTY
Period.
The V H S Will Not Be Responsible For Leakage or Damage Caused By the Structural Defects, Subsidence of
Foundations, Alterations, Earthquakes, or Any Other Act Of God beyond Their Control.
Details Of Areas Treated And Covered Under This WARRANTY Are As Follows.
