• I started my internship from October 2019 and ended on December 2019.
• During our internship, I was assigned at SSI-Dynata's Recruitment Office.
• I have learned important things from my internship that improved my communication,
management, and computer skills.
• As an intern in the recruitment office, it is my job to instruct applicants for their written
and online examinations, and to assist qualified applicants for a final interview at the QA
team's office.
• I am also trained how to update their database and check the applicants' pre-
employments requirements.
• The common tasks that they always wanted me to perform are to print out cellphone
numbers in the lead base and to contact them individually informing them that there are
job vacancies in the company. • Other tasks (administrative support, timekeeping,
training and development, assist in compensation and benefits process) • I also make a
daily report/journal during my internship period.
• I received my certification after my internship period, which signed by the Manager
(Human Resources Department).
