DNC-T3 Availability:
•Available for Okuma Lathe, Machine Centers And
Grinders, equipped with OSP7000, U10/100 and

Operation:
OSP 7000/U100/E100 •DNC-T3 operation is performed at the machine
control.
•Copy Part Programs from a server PC to the
T1 Network Connection
machine control for operation or editing.
•Copy Part Programs from the machine control to
the server PC for storage or sharing with other
machines.
•Send MacMan Reports, operation status and alarm
history from the machine to the Server PC for
production analysis .

•Create a new user for each machine to be connected using the “Local Users and Groups”
Consult with network administrator for this function.
•These Settings are to be used for the User-Name and Password parameters on the machine.

•After all connections, machine parameter settings, and computer network configuration are
complete. The connection can be tested by starting a DOS Session on the host computer, shown
below.
•At the C:\> prompt, type “PING^###.###.###.###” where ### = the machine IP address.
•If A good connection is established, the machine will send a replay as shown below.
•In the case of any other result, please check Network settings, Machine parameter settings, or
physical cable connection.
