Owl Apple

Ingredients
1 Apple
1 Orange
I Grape
Peanut Butter

1. Cut off one side of the apple just before the core (this will be the head)
2. Cut out the core of the apple and discard
3. Cut the part that was surrounding the core into slices (this will be the wings)
4. You should be left with one large circle (this will be the body)
5. On the small circle (the head) cut off two small circles of the peel where the eyes will go
6. Keep the peel (this will be for the ears)
7. Push the apple to the side and grab the orange
8. Peel the orange and cut out two slices (this will be used for the beak and the feet)
9. Cut off the ends of the orange slices to make small triangles (you will need 3 triangles)
10. Push the orange to the side
11. Take a grape and cut it in half (this will be used for the eyes)
12. Push the grape to the side
13. Grab your plate and your peanut butter
14. Spread a long line of peanut butter on the plate towards the bottom (this will be the
branch the owl sits on)
15. Grab the large circle of apple and place it right above the peanut butter
16. Next take the small circle of apple and place it just above the large circle of apple
17. Next take the apple slices and place them on the sides of the owl’s body (they should
look like wings)
18. Next apply a small amount of peanut butter to the bottom of the grapes (this will help
them stay in place) then put the grapes on the small apple where you removed the peel
19. Next take the orange triangles and place one on the small apple circle below the grapes
for the beak and the other two below the large apple on the peanut butter for the feet
20. Next take the peels that you cut off the apple and put them above the small apple for the
Owls ears
21. Finally, step back and enjoy your beautiful creation!!!

Ingredients
1 Apple
1 Orange

Koala-ty Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices of bread
2 slices of cucumber
12oz can of tuna (drained)
¼ cup of diced grapes plus a few extra whole grapes for decoration
¼ cup of diced celery
¼ cup of diced apple
1
/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of diced green onion
1 tablespoon mustard
A pinch of salt and pepper

Combined in a large bowl tuna, grapes, celery, apples, green onion, and Greek yogurt. Set
aside. Take the slices of bread and cut them into circles. Set aside. Take a large grape and
cut it in half length wise. Take one side of the grape and cut off the ends (these will be
the eyes). Set aside. Place the bread on the plate and spread tuna mixture on top. Then,
place the second piece of bread on top. Place the slices of cucumber above the sandwich
(this will be the ears). Take the large half of the grape and place it in the middle of the
bread (this will be the nose). Take the grape ends and place it on top of the bread above
the nose (this will be the eyes). Finally, step back and enjoy your beautiful creation!!!
Oatmeal Friends

Ingredients
Strawberries
Blueberries
2 Bananas
1 cup of oatmeal
¾ cup of Greek yogurt
¾ cup of milk

In a large container with lid, smash a banana with a fork. Mix in the oatmeal, Greek
yogurt, and milk. Replace the lid and put in the fridge overnight. Cut up strawberries and
bananas into a variety of slices. For the Fox, use two triangle shaped strawberries for the
ears, 3 banana circles for the eyes and nose, and place blueberries on top of the bananas.
For the Owl, use two triangle shaped strawberries for the wings, two banana circles with
blueberries on top for the eyes, blueberries for the belly, and the tip of the strawberry for
the beak. Finally, step back and say hello to your little friend.
Celery Bugs

Ingredients
1 stick of celery
Green onion
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives
Cucumber
1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
Packet of ranch seasoning mix

In a bowl, mix together mix Greek yogurt and half of the ranch seasoning packet. Set
aside. Dice one olive then set aside. Cut the cucumber into half circle slices. Set aside.
Cut the stick of celery into 3 pieces. Cut the top off of the green onion and cut into strips.
Take the three pieces off celery and trim off the bottom end to make a flat surface (this
will help them stand up). Next, fill the celery with the yogurt mixture. Add either a
tomato or an olive for the head, a cucumber or more tomatoes/olives for the body, and
green onion for the antennas. Once the bug is assembled add a little yogurt on the head
for the eyes and attach the diced olives.
