Correction of Wrong Aadhaar Seeding Service Process

➢ A new service has been enabled in GSWS as “Correction of Wrong Aadhaar

Seeding” to correct aadhaar seeded wrongly in the Rice Card, The service
is available as below:

➢ Once the applicant detailes entered in the regular flow, the service will look
like as below, have to select Correction of Wrong Aadhar Seeding radio
button, then it will ask for Rice Card Number, Here we have to enter Rice
Card Number in which member has to be reflected correctly.
➢ After entering the Rice Card nmber click on Get Member Details button to
get existing member detaisl in the card as below:

Note: 1. If the member name exists in the card and his actual aadhaar is seeded
in some other card, has to select the member from the member details
and have to enter the actual aadhaar of the member then the existing
aadhaar will be replaced with actual aadhaar of the member and the unit
where his/her aadhaar wrongly seeded will be deleted in the existing card.
2. If the member name exists in the card and his actual number not exists
in any rice card, then has to select the member from the member details
and have to enter the aadhaar number of the member, then the existing
aadhaar in the card will be replaced with the actual aadhaar of the
cardholder.
3. If the member name not exists in the card and his actual aadhaar is
seeded in some other card, have to enter the actual aadhaar of the
member then the member will be deleted from the card where it exists
and member will be added to his actual family Rice Card.
4. Member whose aadhaar should be corrected, any member of the family
and VRO has to do eKYC to process the application.
