CONTRACT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

now have, or which I, my successors and assigns hereafter may
have by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, up to the
time of these presents, the intention hereof being to completely and

liabilities arising wholly, partially or directly from my interest over

2. I agree and bind myself to respect the confidentiality of our

agreement, and nor shall I disclose, reveal, publish or cause to be

agreement, including any and all incidents preceding, related to or
necessarily connected with the present controversy;

Contract of Waiver which is hereby given and made willingly and
voluntarily and with full knowledge of our rights under the law.
