you are going through a trauma for a day or for a month

experience for every single day not knowing for years and years

we're allowed to express our emotion
its ok to cry, its ok to be sad, its ok to be deeply sad of what happened

its ok to cry, its ok to be deeply sad because of what happened but doesnt mean u
dont have sabr
thaat just mean u're human being, sabr is something else

sabr doesnt mean we dont allowed to have this emotion

sabr is even tho u're sad, u still did not cross the line, u still dont be
grateful, u are able to not use harsh word
