Produce a document to highlight the spa concept and philosophy that will determine the spa's
design and operational direction creating a robust brief that ensures the development of a 'unique'
guest spa and wellness experience. Included in this will be a business feasibility to provide financial
projections supporting the concept brief.
Working directly with the project team; to include Architect, Interior Designer, MEP Specialist, Pool
& Thermal Specialists etc. we will develop the brief and bring the concept to life ensuring that
hotel & spa brand standards and design brief are adhered to while providing informed industry
knowledge to ensure the spa elements refresh the mind and revitalise the body offering luxurious
and exquisite concepts to ensure the longevity and uniqueness of the spa design.
The scope of services of the Spa Consultants is the provision of pre-opening consultancy support
services for the Spa to build a sound operational base for the Spa Team. Working closely with the
Hotel and Spas Operations Team we will ensure all key operational elements are implemented and
tested before the spa opens. Key to the success of the Spa is ensuring that staff recruitment and
training is of the highest levels, we will assist throughout the pre-opening stages with this process.
