1 Spa Occupancy

Also known as spa productivity or treatment room occupancy,


this KPI tells you how productive your treatment rooms have
been in a given period.

2 Average Treatment Rate (ATR)

The ATR is the average treatment price of all the treatments


sold in a given period. ATR should always be measured
closely with Spa Occupancy.

3 RevPATH

Revenue per Available Treatment Hour (RevPATH) measures


the revenue-production performance of your spa. It tells you
how effectively you are using your spa’s productive capacity
(treatment rooms).

4 Therapist Occupancy

Also known as therapist productivity, this KPI tells you how


productive your therapists are in terms of revenue
generation.

5 Average Treatment Time

We sell time in spas, and any drastic changes in average


treatment time could negatively impact RevPATH and
occupancy rates.

6 Repeat Guest Ratio

Tracking the number of guests that return to your spa gives

10 Overall Guest Satisfaction

This KPI gives you valuable information on how you can


improve service standards, treatment quality, maintenance
of facilities, treatment offering, and any other factors.

Calculating this KPI depends on the parameters you want to measure


 
and the overall client rating. Most business management software
systems will measure this important KPI for you.
