 A. Barge : A flat decked, shallow draft vessel which may accommodate a drilling rig, or be used
to store equipment and materials or for living quarters.
B. Platform : A relatively flat, nearly level area of sedimentary rocks in a continent that overlies
or abuts the basement rocks of a craton.
C. Fatality Incident : Mass fatality incidents are defined as those in which there are more bodies
than can be handled using local resources.
D. Coiled Tubing : A long, continuous length of pipe wound on a spool. The pipe is straightened
prior to pushing into a wellbore and rewound to coil the pipe back onto the transport and
storage spool.
E. Well Intervention Supervisor : An employee of an operating company whose job is to
represent the operator interest about well intervention expertise.
F. Injector Head : One of the principal equipment components of a coiled tubing unit. The
injector head incorporates special profiled chain assemblies to grip the coiled tubing string
and a hydraulic drive system that provides the tractive effort for running and retrieving the
string from the wellbore.
G. Equipment Operator : the company which carries out an exploration or development
program on a Equipment Operator particular area for which they hold a license.
Representative of an employee man who operate an equipment in drilling rig.
H. PHKT : PHKT merupakan anak usaha dari Pertamina Hulu Indonesia [subsidiary dari PT
Pertamina (Persero)] yang ditunjuk sebagai pengelola sekaligus oper ator di WK East
Kalimantan-Attaka untuk periode kontrak 25 Oktober 2018 s.d. 24 Oktober 2038.
