B. REASON

The purpose of this Service Bulletin is to improve the routing of the optical fiber bundle.

The modification consists to install a clamp at frame 39 to avoid any interference with the
others wire bundle.

COMPLIANCE: Accomplishment of this Service Bulletin is recommended by ATR.

C. DESCRIPTION

Accomplishment of this Service Bulletin consists in carrying out the following jobs:

(1) At frame 39, modification of the position of the 3R/C routing

(2) At frame 39, addition of a new clamp on 10R routing

3. ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS

A. GENERAL

The following instructions assume that work will be accomplished when the aircraft is in
the appropriate maintenance configuration.

B. JOB SET-UP

(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical network and connect the aircraft to ground as per
MP ATR-A-24-4X-XX-00ZZZ-561Z-A.

(2) In passenger compartment, open panel 255BC.

C. MODIFICATION

Install a clamp at frame 39

As per Figure 1

(1) At frame 39, modification of the position of the 3R/C routing

(a) Remove:

1 ty-rap Item 2 (not re-used)

1 screw Item 1 (not re-used)

(b) Turn to 180° clamp (item 5) and 3R routing.

(2) At frame 39, addition of a new clamp on 10R routing

E. CLOSE-UP

(1) Clean the working areas.

(2) Install panel 255BC.

(3) Re-energize the aircraft electrical network and disconnect the aircraft from ground as
per MP ATR-A-24-4X-XX-00ZZZ-761Z-A.
