 Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)
For prisoners whose sentence are (1) day to (6) __________________________________________

 National Prison (NEW BILIBID PRISON or NBP)
under the Bureau of Corrections (BUCOR) – for

(3) years and above. This includes executions of all
prisoners sentenced to death.
