1. Regarding Joint inspection, Railways advised vide letter KPTL/NCR/C Noted
dated 05.07.2021 and 19.07.2021 but KPTL requested
that joint inspection shall be done after finalization of
new alignment but proposal was not found feasible and
KPTL proposed alignment was rejected vide letter dated
30.07.2021 and were advised to go ahead with the
approved alignment. On subsequent discussion held on
06.08.2021 with Dy CE/C/CNB, it was agreed that
marking of proposed new alignment shall be done on
ground and thereafter, joint inspection shall be done.
Joint Inspection for the preparation of Memorandum is
planned with Railway Officials and KPTL on 13.08.2021,
KPTL to confirm for the readiness of inspection by
11.08.2021.

2 Layout for the site offices and other facilities planned at KPTL 10.08.2021
BSZ to be submitted immediately so as to forward the
same for the approval from the division
3 Tree marking to commence immediately, it was KPTL 20.08.2021
informed that the centre line marking is in progress and
during the marking Trees falling in the alignment will be
identified and marked.
4 The layout at BSZ to be submitted taking into KPTL 10.08.2021
consideration 6 No.s Type II quarters, Site Offices of
KPTL and Subordinate and Officers Rest house
5 1 No Subordinate Rest House and 1 No officer Rest KPTL Noted
house is to be constructed at BSZ and same will be
permanent structure instead of temporary as proposed
by KPTL.

2 Bed room with A/C and other requisite facilities is to

be provided in Khairar with temporary pre-Fabricated
structure

6 Type II Quarter to be proposed same as the GAD KPTL Noted
provided with only Ground floor and all other facilities
to be provided as per the contract document
7 Interlocked LC GAD will be provided and same to be KPTL 13.08.2021
submitted for approval.
8 Station building GAD to be developed with required S&T KPTL 13.08.2021
accommodation and 1 sample for Bharuwa Sumerpur is
to be submitted so necessary approval from division can
be taken and other Station buildings to follow.
9 Track Safety fencing as approved by railway to be KPTL 11.08.2021
started on top priority as no works will be allowed to
proceed without the provision of safety fencing.
10 Soil Investigation to start immediately KPTL 16.08.2021
11 Different span minor bridges GAD to be submitted for KPTL 16.08.2021
further approval
