Maria is a graduate student from Polytechnic University of
the Philippines. Taking a Bachelor of Science in business
administration, Major in Human Resource Management. When she
graduated she was immediately accepted by one of the famous
Human resource outsourcing company in their city. Because of her
characteristics of being open minded and having a good
communication with her co-workers.
One day, when their company is looking for another
applicant for their up coming project. She was one of the assigned
HR to hire a new applicant. In a large pool of of applicants she
saw one of her close friend in College which is Margaret is lining
for application.
When it was Margaret’s turn, she ask Margaret about
some related stuff about their company. And after asking her some
question, she’s not that satisfied about Margaret answer. And she
noticed that there’s some applicant that is much more suitable for
the position that they are looking for.
The problem is Maria don’t know what to do. If she’s going
to hire her friend even though she know that she’s not suitable for
the position because she’s scared to hurt Margaret’s feeling, or
she will become frankly to tell Margaret that she’s not qualified for
the position, and choose to become professional to follow the rules
of the their company and not be bias.
