First question was Introduction. Prepare it well, it's your chance to drive the interview towards your strengths.
Next, I was asked questions mainly from my work ex and industry. I was working in quality assurance, so questions asked were
QA, difference between QA and QC, importance of QA in pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements.
Second kind of questions were to check my know-how of the industry. I was asked questions about the Indian pharmaceutical
the sector, political factors influencing the sector and FDI in pharma in India.
I wasn't asked questions from my engg curriculum or my final year project, maybe because of 3 yrs work ex. But, this is subjec

Any advice you would like to give to applicants regarding GDPI process of NITIE.
Have strong points and make sure that when you are speaking others are listening to you.
Prepare for mostly generic topics in GDs, PI will probably be slightly more technical than other B-Schools so brush up on your E

Just stay honest in all your answers. Trying to bluff any answer in order to look more impressive will be seen through by the pr
- GD topics were pretty abstract. Just be calm and contribute to the discussion rather than blabbering some random things.
- My GD didn't go that well but my interview was amazing. So dont get disheartened after the GD. Interviews are vital.
- Drive your discussion in the PI to something interesting that the panel can remember.
Interview will be mostly technical based on core subjects especially for electrical, electronics & mechanical branches. Be prepa

Generic: If you know something about the topic, Try to enter the discussion early. If its an topic, wait for others to say some po

Be attentive (positive body language) to what others are saying and keep sense of time. Many a times the discussion diverts fr

Dont be aggressive, try to give chance to all.
For GD:
- Prepare hot topics
- Remain cordial with all members during GD
- Listen as much as you speak and contribute to the group and try to carry forward/ build upon other group members' points.
- Contribute throughout the GD after well spaced intervals.
Be confident, precise, have clarity in your thoughts, don't be monosyllabic and make the interview like a conversation
Just be true and confident. Make sure you are well read about the college. Also, make sure that you put the key points in your

- For common profiles, just be confident about your work experience. 90% questions would be regarding that.
- For freshers, the introduction is vital since thats the direction you decide to take your discussion to. Many of my friends were
