Recruitment process : Recruitment process is a process of identifying the jobs vacancy,


analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting
the right candidate. In addition, these practices also ensure consistency and compliance in
the recruitment process.

The recruitment life cycle consists of seven steps.

They Are:

1.Identifying the Hiring Needs.

2.Preparing the Job Description.

3.Talent Search.

4.Screening and Shortlisting.

5.Interviewing.

6.Evaluation and Offer of Employment.

7.Introduction and Induction of the New Employee.

The Learning Pyramid is made up of 7 levels

methods.

learning methods.

Lecture :The Learning Pyramid suggests that "Lecture" is one of the most ineffective

Reading :Reading is still one of the less effective methods for acquiring and retaining
information, according to the Learning Pyramid.-Reading-10%

Audio-visual :The Learning Pyramid suggests that Audio-visual learning methods only lead
