Reflection

1. I’ve learned that

Every student has really had their individual learning differences. So as a teacher, we must be

able to be versatile and flexible in teaching so that we'll be able to cater the individual needs of

the students. Also, it is a must for us to be more compassionate and considerate for our

students because they also face different difficulties that could affect their learning process.

2. I believe that

As a future teacher, having a goal for the development and success of our students is a great

thing to always ponder. We should set an objective and a plan to be able to extract the full

potential and hone the intellect, attitude and skills of our students. Because it is the most

priceless thing that we can give to them.

3. When I become a teacher, I will

Be the best instructor and facilitator for my students. I will be compassionate and considerate

for them because I am also once a student. I know the struggles, the stress and the burden of

studying. So as much as possible, I will give my best and teach them the love for learning for at

the end of the day, education will always lift them and leads them to the success that they

deserve.
