The officers are actively participating in the comprehensive virtual session. The meeting was fun and
interactive.

4. What significant learning have you gained in the implementation of the monthly program?
One of the major lessons we have learned in this virtual session is the Article III. Which is the declaration of
principles, objectives and policies in the Federation.

Discussion:

Session 2 tackles about Culture and Language of the

Federation. It was discussed by the Resource Speaker Kenneth Daniel
Ramay, he is the National Vice President of Pambansang Samahan ng
mga tagapaghubog ng Pilipinas. He discuss how can we understand
the constitution and other guiding principles for effective leadership

To discuss in detail, Article III: Declaration of Principles,

objectives and policies. Principles are fundamental truth or
proposition that serves as a foundation for system of belief or
behavior. Objectives are goals things aimed at or sought for. Policies
are courses or method of action selected from among alternatives and
in light of given condition to guide, determine and present future
decisions.

Culture and Language of the Federation develops

passionate love for country, develop student-friendly, safe and
motivating environment. Nurture an inclusive service oriented, gender
sensitive and environmental consciousness. This develops self-
confidence, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision making and
utilize skills in contributing towards nation building.
