David’s Daily Routine
In the morning I wake up at 4:50 a.m., but I get up at 5:00 a.m. because I like to stay
in bed for 10 more minutes. Then, I go to the bathroom and I wash my face. After, I take a
shower and I shampoo my hair. Immediately I dry my body and my hair. I go back to my
bedroom and I get dressed. Next, I make breakfast and I brush my teeth. I go to the MIO
station and I take the T31. I arrive in the university around seven forty or seven fifty. I study
at Universidad del Valle from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

In the afternoon I go to have lunch at the restaurant of the university. The line sometimes is very long
and I have to wait a lot of time for my lunch. The food is very nutritious! I finish my lunch around 1:00 p.m. I
brush my teeth and I relax for 10 minutes. Now it’s time to go to work. I am an office assistant and I work at
USC University in the Human Resources department. I answer e-mails and phone calls in the afternoon. I love
my job because I like to help people. I work until 5:30 p.m. every day and I usually go to the gym after work. I
love doing exercise!

Finally, in the evening I have dinner, I watch T.V and I do my homework. When I don’t have to do
homework, I talk with my family or I chat on Facebook or WhatsApp with my friends. I enjoy chatting with my
friends, but I sometimes lose a lot of time. Around 10:00 p.m. I go to sleep because I am very tired after a
difficult day of study, work, and exercise. Oh, before I go to bed, I brush my teeth. That’s all!
