This Quick Reference Guide will show you the process of:
• Generating Certification Letter for Active Students
• Generating Statement of Academic Completion and Verification of Qualification for Completed Students

Active and Completed Students have access to SS Document page to generate Letters and Completion Documents

Using the navigation panel on the left,

A navigate to:
→ Self Service
A. Click: “Self Service Letter Generation”
→ SS Document
→ Self Service Letter Generation

Click: “Generate” to
B Active Student can generate
